Scott McCarey, PE, AICP is the Principal and founder of Integrated Transportation Group. He has been a leader in multimodal transportation projects and programs in Boulder County for close to two decades. He has dual master’s degrees in Civil Engineering and Urban & Regional Planning from the University of California at Berkeley. With experience in both transportation demand management (TDM) and traffic engineering, Scott has the unique ability to integrate these two traditionally segregated fields.
